RESOLUTION PD-19-04: BROWNING INVESTMENTS, LLC/JC HART (CONTINUUM PD) Z-7265:

Final detailed plans for the Continuum Planned Development.  The approved preliminary plans allow for the construction of a 4-story, mixed-use building on a single lot containing up to 249 apartment units, up to 14,800 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and a 354-space internal structured parking garage serving the entire project.  The property is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of State Street and recently dedicated Foundry Drive just east of Squirrel Park in West Lafayette, Wabash 24 (NW) 23-5.
