Waiver Form: Must be signed by all participants, if under 18 parent or guardian must also sign. Must be 12 years or older to participate. Forms must be turned into Highway Department before clean up. Waiver Form Link
Roadway: Choose a 2 mile section of a county road.
Commitment: Please commit for at least 2 years. Clean section of road at least 4 times per year.
Vests: Orange vests and trash bags will be provided by the Highway Department. Vests must be returned to the Highway Department. Please return vests even if they are in poor condition. Any vest not returned will be charged a replacement cost.
Sign: A sign with your organizations name on it will be posted at site after the 1st pick up.
Disposal: Call Highway Garage to pick up bags along road, call 765-474-7079.
