Find your key number on Beacon. All property in Tippecanoe County which is subject to property tax is assigned a parcel (a.k.a. "key") number. Real Estate parcel numbers have 18 digits in accordance with the state format.

Last 3 Digits Are Taxing District Code

The parcel number is separated into six number sets. Each number set denotes a geographic location. Each geographic location narrows the area within the County. The last 3 digits indicate the taxing district code. From the taxing district code you can determine which school district your property is in.
