Located 11 miles out South River RD from the intersection of ST RD 26 and US 231 in West Lafayette. The 200 mostly wooded acres is the adjoining property to the west of Ross Hills Park. Located on the property are the A-frame Lodge which can be used for meetings, receptions and overnight retreats; the Dining Hall with a commercial kitchen for wedding receptions and banquets; a Chapel for weddings; two summer-use barracks style dorms, and two classroom buildings. A campground with modern and primitive sites opened in May 2004 and is open seasonally. A catch and release fishing pond and hiking trails are amenities in the park.
 Lodge
      
$300 deposit; $300 rental fee. This fee is for the entire day 8 AM - midnight or for a 24-hour period if the sleeping rooms are used.

 Lodge Sleeping Room
The Lodge can sleep 68 persons. Eight rooms, with four sets of bunk beds per room, rent for $52.50/per night/per room. Two rooms containing two single beds cost $15.75/per room/per night. Room fees are in addition to the basic rental fee of $300 per 24-hour period. Guests provide pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, etc. Each sleeping room has an adjoining restroom/shower.
 
 
 
 
Lodge BasementLower level of the Lodge features a kitchen with two household sized ranges and refrigerators. Renters supply own cooking and serving equipment, dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, table coverings, napkins. 28, 72"x30" folding tables, 150 metal folding chairs provided. Dining Capacity is 150.  Alcohol service allowed with restrictions. Please see Alcohol policy and Catering information. Upper level of A-frame features knotty pine paneling, carpeted floor, and one wall of windows with patio door connecting to deck overlook.

One level building, with commercial kitchen, capacity 350. 60, 72"x30" folding tables, and 300 plastic stacking chairs provided. Renter or caterer provides all cooking pots, utensils, dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, table coverings, napkins, etc. Alcohol service allowed. Please see Alcohol policy page and Catering information. Deposit: $300, rental fee for entire day, 2 day rental 8 AM - midnight is $400.

Chapel

 
Capacity 120. Circa 1881 features dark wood pews (3 seating sections, 2 aisles), stained glass window, pressed tin ceiling and an organ. One small room can accommodate pre-wedding clothing changes. No restrooms or running water in the Chapel. Deposit: $100, rental fee of $100 provides for a 4-hour use on the day of the wedding as well as an hour of rehearsal time. Rental fee for any time over 4 hours, is an additional $25/hour.

Dorms

Wood bunk beds, provide own bedding & personal items. To use dorms, either the A-frame or Dining Hall building must be rented. Each dorm sleeps 80; showers and restrooms. $105/night per dorm in addition to A-frame or Dining Hall rental fees.Classroom Buildings & Assembly Hall: these buildings may be used if A-frame or Dining Hall is rented. Speak with Ross Hills/Camp staff concerning these buildings.

 
 
The paved entrance brings you into the campground that has 15 modern sites with 20/30/50 amp electrical hookups at each site. One handicap site is hard surfaced while the other 14 are gravel. There are two water hydrants along with a dump station. A handicap accessible shower/restroom building is centrally located amid the modern sites. The 17'x33' picnic shelter located in the Campground is available on a first-come, first-served basis, for campers only. There are four individual primitive campsites as well a group-camping area, accessible only by foot, located past the primitive parking lot in the far north section of the campground. Provide own firewood. See Campground Rules page. Fees: Modern - $15.75/night.  Primitive: $5.25/night. Group site: $105.00/night. (50 people) Stays are limited to 10 consecutive nights. CAMPING RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE MADE ON-LINE.
