Welcome to the information site for the Tippecanoe County Human Resource Department.  The Human Resource Department maintains the personnel file and employment information for each employee, administers all employee benefits offered by the county, and recruits/refers applicants to the hiring departments.  We are committed to providing the citizens and taxpayers of Tippecanoe County the most responsive governmental services possible.
