Judge Thomas H. Busch graduated from the University of Chicago and New York University School of Law. He practiced law in New York for eight years before coming to Lafayette in 1986. In Indiana, he practiced law with Hoffman Luhman & Busch for sixteen years, representing Tippecanoe County from 1995 until 2002. On February 25, 2002, he was appointed Judge of Superior Court No. 2 by Governor O'Bannon, and in November of that year was elected to a six-year term. Judge Busch is Former Chair of the Protection Order Committee of the Indiana Judicial Conference and now serves on the Domestic Relations Committee. Judge Busch was re-elected in November 2008.
