There are several ways to access Tippecanoe County property records:

    The quick, easy, no-cost way to view parcel reports.  Allows searching by property owner name, property address or key (parcel) number. GIS does not indicate if the property taxes have been paid. You can also view an arial photo of the property and surrounding area. Link to GIS

  • Public PC's
    Available free of charge in the Auditors and County Assessors Offices on the second floor of the County Office Building, 20 North 3rd Street, during normal businees hours 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Full access to both the tax database and the assessment database.
