This site is for reporting pot holes.  The information can be directly e-mailed to the Maintenance Division.  Your complaint will be directed to the appropriate personnel. Please include in your e-mail your name, phone number and location of the complaint. 

We are getting a lot of reports, please keep them coming!  However, we are receiving a lot of potholes that are in the City of Lafayette, West Lafayette,or the States.  Please refer to the links listed below for these.  This will save time on getting the potholes fixed.
