Adopting the Declaratory Resolution to create the new Consolidated Creasy Lane/Central Economic Development Area, expand the area by adding 196 acres which includes the former Home Hospital site and surrounding area, and by adding projects to the area's economic development plan.

C. RESOLUTION T-13-03CITYBUS UPWP AMENDMENT: Continue to the April 3rd Executive Committee meeting in order for the resolution to be readopted by the CityBus Board.

CityBus has requested an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2013 - 2014 Unified Planning Work Program for its Calendar Year 2013 program. The work includes developing its portion of the Transportation Improvement Program and a CNG fueling station feasibility study.

D. RESOLUTION PD-13-04: FAITH WEST PD - PHASE 2 (Z-2485):12 yes to 0 no

Final Detailed Plans, consisting of construction plans, for the second phase of the Faith West Planned Development. Located on Lot 2 (0.87 acres) and zoned PDMX, the construction plans - being in general conformity with the approved preliminary plans - call for the construction of a 2,622 square foot, single-story Lafayette Community Bank branch with drive-through and a 16-space surface parking lot. The property is located at 1980 Northwestern Avenue, in West Lafayette, Wabash 7 (SW) 23-4. CONTINUED FROM THE MARCH EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING.

UZO AMENDMENT #75 ZONING COMMITMENTS:12 yes to 0 no

An amendment to the Unified Zoning Ordinance that adds sections regarding zoning commitments to UZO Chapter 5: Supplementary Regulations and UZO Section 6-2-4: Additional Provisions

B. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS

RESOLUTION #2013-01 NEW CHAUNCEY NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN: Continue to the April 17th APC meeting at the staff's request to give the neighborhood time to meet and revise the plan.

A proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan for Tippecanoe County covering the New Chauncey Neighborhood bounded by Northwestern Avenue, Meridian and Kingston, Happy Hollow Park and North River Road, and Fowler Avenue. CONTINUED FROM THE FEBRUARY MEETING AT STAFF'S REQUEST.

Petitioner is seeking primary approval for a 26 lot addition (plus 1 outlot) to the existing subdivision on 17.12 acres, located at the southwest corner of CR 600 N and CR 75 E, in Tippecanoe 29 (NE) 24-4. Petitioner is requesting rezoning of four tracts totaling 37.52 acres located between Duncan Road and North 9th Street Road, on the north side of Sagamore Parkway North (US 52) more specifically 3589 Sagamore Parkway North, Lafayette, Fairfield, Longlois Reserve (NW) 23-4.

2. Z-2520 WEA DEVELOPMENT, LLC (R1 to R1B):12 yes to 0 no

Petitioner is requesting rezoning of 5,533 square feet (0.127 acres) of land, being a portion of Lot 298, Stones Crossing Subdivision, Section 4 Revised, located on platted but unimproved Scoria Street, west of Concord Road and south of Veterans Memorial Parkway, Wea 15 (NW) 22-4.

3. Z-2521 DAYTON MASONIC LODGE #103 (R1 to NB): Continue to the May 15, 2013 meeting at petitioner's request.
Petitioner is requesting rezoning of 1.12 acres located at 773 Walnut Street (SR 38 E) across the street from the Dayton Cemetery, in the Town of Dayton, Sheffield 9 (NW) 22-3.

Petitioner is requesting rezoning of 1.054 acres located at the southeast corner of CR 300 N and Old SR 25, more specifically 180 Aretz Lane, Fairfield 11 (NW) 23-4.
