Township Map

Tippecanoe County is comprised of 13 townships and has over 65,000 real estate parcels. Elected Township Assessors and Trustee/Assessors oversee the reassessment process for these parcels and update taxpayers' personal property information.

The three largest townships (Fairfield, Wabash & Wea) have individual offices for their Township Assessors centrally located on the 3rd floor of the County Building. They archive all property record cards and personal property information for residents in these townships. Other townships have separate local offices for the Trustee-Assessors, who have township financial responsibilities in addition to assessments.

For the rural townships, all property records are maintained by the County Assessor, second floor of the County Building. Taxpayers can view and print copies of their information.
