Autopsy and toxicology reports are available to legal next of kin, at no cost. Please contact the Coroner's Office via phone or email to request the report(s). Insurance companies or other state agencies that require an autopsy or toxicology report under Indiana State Law must submit a written request via mail or email to our office.
