Petitioner is requesting a special exception to use an existing single-family house as a Transient Guest House (as defined in the ordinance). The proposed hours of operation are 24 hours a day, seven days per week. The R2-zoned property is located at 107 Digby Drive, Lafayette, Fairfield 28 (NW) 23-4. (UZO 3-2) Continued to the January meeting to publish the legal advertisementWITH CONDITION.

Petitioner is requesting a special exception to allow a primary communications tower (SIC 48) in a Select Agricultural (AA) zone. The unmanned cell tower will operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week at 7083 W 900 N, Shelby 12 (NE) 24-6. (UZO 3-2)
