Foods Division

The Tippecanoe County Health Department Foods Division is charged with enhancing the quality of life for the citizens of Tippecanoe County through the inspection process of over 620 Food Service and Retail Establishments.

Inspections are conducted with emphasis on the five key public health concerns, which are:
  • Consumer advisory
  • Controlling hands as a vehicle of contamination
  • Employee health controls
  • Food handler certification
  • Time and temperature parameters for controlling pathogens

Filing this complaint form electronically, or in writing with the Food Division of the Tippecanoe County Health Department is voluntary. However, without all the information requested being provided, the Tippecanoe County Health Department may be unable to do an appropriate follow-up to investigate your concerns.
