The Clerk of the Circuit and Superior Courts is a county-elected official as established by the Indiana Constitution.
Administers the official court records for all trial court cases
Collects filing fees, court costs, judgments in civil and infraction cases, fines for courts, and child support totaling approximately $11 million in financial transactions annually
Serves on Board of Election and County Election Board; oversees, conducts and certifies election results
Prepares the permanent historical record of the courts
Processes and issues various documents for court cases
